Matt Davolio
Matt is a designer who began his career in customer success and solved qualitative issues like text sizes or refining workflows with UI updates, but his transition to an Account Executive led him to the creative projects that would reinvent a digital signage company’s offering.
In this time, he had developed a passion for conducting user-centric research and solving for discovered pains by delivering outcome-driven products. This has guided him to chase a long-standing passion of his and pursue a career pivot towards UX.
Outside of work, Matt is drawn to the unpredictability of nature, whether it’s chasing powder in the mountains or paddling out into shifting ocean swells. Snowboarding and surfing keeps him grounded—each session a reminder to stay present, adapt quickly, and embrace the elements.
